Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73105

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Strong Possibility of Extension)

Shift: Days

Pay Range: $43 to $48/hr.

Job Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned clinical, allied health, and other business lines. This role partners closely with Senior Recruiters, Associate Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to ensure open requisitions are filled efficiently with highly qualified, best-fit candidates. The Recruiter demonstrates strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic sourcing capabilities to support organizational talent objectives.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple skill sets and job functions preferred.
• Technologically proficient, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure

One of the following certifications is required prior to hire or within 12 months of hire:

• SHRM – Senior Certified Professional (SCP)
• SHRM – Certified Professional (CP)
• HRCI – Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
• HRCI – Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
