Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Legal Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks including assisting attorneys with case management, preparing legal documents, managing correspondence, maintaining files, and providing administrative support. A critical part of the role involves ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while supporting the efficiency of the legal team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and thorough knowledge of legal procedures
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and working as a Legal Assistant
• Strong Communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to perform Administrative Assistance tasks efficiently and accurately
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is an advantage
