Position Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations with precision, safety, and professionalism. This is a field-first role for someone who thrives on orchestrating trades, solving problems in real time, and ensuring projects are built to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

• Direct all on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily activities

• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain look-ahead schedules

• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues

• Review drawings for constructability and coordinate field adjustments

• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

• Mentor field staff and uphold Modus' standards of craftsmanship

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar software

• Based in the OKC metro (or willing to relocate)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000+ (based on experience)
