Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time role at Locke Supply! This position is also eligible for our monthly incentive program. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & matching 401K.

Various schedules are available:

Monday - Friday

7:00AM-3:30PM

7:00AM- 4:00PM

Sunday - Thursday

11:30AM- 8:00PM

1:00PM - 9:30 PM

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

It's an important hands-on role where you'll be key to giving Locke Supply's internal and external customers an outstanding experience.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including pulling material, driving powered equipment, and handling various other warehouse tasks.

The history of the company dates back to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. Locke Supply had a marketing vision of taking the merchandise to the customers' territory with exceptional customer service. It didn't take long for customers to develop a strong liking to the way the Locke Supply did business which led to the opening of a second branch in 1958. This concept has allowed Locke Supply to grow in areas never before considered. Today, there are over 190 store locations in a 6-state area and a 100-acre distribution center to supply them all.

Requirements for a Warehouse Associate

Strong attention to detail

Ability to do basic math (Addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)

Ability to be at elevated heights (up to 30 feet height)

Comfortable with operating powered equipment

Outbound or Shipping/packing experience

Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

Critical Thinking

Desire to develop

Team Oriented

Understanding of the importance of their role and the value it brings to the company

Ability to use and work on a computer and wrist mount systems

Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS

Working conditions for an Associate is a climate-controlled distribution center.
