SALARY: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-4:00PM

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone who has strong organization and communication skills. Day-to-day duties of the POS Warehouse Coordinator will include receiving and organizing POCM and graphic materials on-site, communicating what materials are on-hand, as well as upcoming needs based on sports, holiday, occasions, and more. You will receive and fulfill orders for POCM materials that are being used in the trade at bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores for our Oklahoma branches.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute daily Graphics/Point of Connection Material (POCM) transfers between branches (may include product)

  • Assist with receiving, inventory, coordination, all POCM

  • Delivery and staging of permanent and paper point-of-sale in branch drop-off locations

  • Assist with daily management of POCM warehouse inventory through PermaTrak

  • Synchronize POCM/Graphics deliveries per schedule

  • Take inventory and match with orders placed by Marketing Manager/Marketing

  • Organize Point of Connection Material by brand, type, bay location, etc.

  • Place all inventoried Point of Connection Material into PermaTrak

  • Manage PermaTrak requests and stage for Reps to pick-up or for deliveries

  • Oversee all outgoing packages/shipments

  • Keep up with inventory of entire warehouse and align with PermaTrak

  • Communicate new and outdated Point of Connection Material to Graphics Supervisor

  • Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor & Key Account Managers with any special Point of Connection Material needs or allocations

  • Locally communicate Point of Connection Material that needs to be moved to Graphics Supervisor

  • Assist with special projects assigned by the Warehouse Coordinator, Graphics Supervisor, or Director of Trade Marketing

  • Generate reports about Point of Connection Material usage, and communicate to Marketing Director or Graphics Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

  • Valid Driver's License required

  • Broad understanding of wholesaler go-to-market strategies, and a deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process

  • Must be able to drive for up to 6 hours at a time

  • Beverage experience preferred

  • Able to lift, load, unload and move product weighing up to 165 lbs., as well as hang merchandise materials

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, both internal and external, using Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results that exceed customer expectations

  • Willingness to short-term relocate for collaborative projects
