About The Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead U.S. growth for an innovative diagnostics organization. This role will drive revenue, lead a national sales team, and expand market presence across healthcare systems and laboratories.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and execute national sales strategy
2. Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
3. Coach and develop a distributed sales team
4. Manage key accounts and strategic opportunities
5. Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
6. Strengthen distributor and channel partnerships

What You Bring

• 10+ years in medical diagnostics, IVD, or healthcare sales
• Proven leadership experience with measurable revenue impact
• Strong understanding of hospital and laboratory sales environments
• Experience managing teams and/or distributor networks
• Track record of closing and growing business

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $140,000 $180,000
• On-Target Earnings: $220,000 $300,000+
• Performance-based incentives
