Job Description As the Superintendent, you will oversee daytoday field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
- Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Drive scheduling, site logistics, inspections and daily progress planning
- Enforce safety policies and quality expectations across the site
- Review drawings, anticipate issues and proactively resolve field conflicts
- Maintain consistent reporting and documentation using construction software
- Represent the business professionally with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial new builds, multifamily or student housing projects
- Wood-frame project experience is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency with construction technology for scheduling and reporting (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to run organized, safe, high-performing job sites
- Collaborative, grounded leadership style suited to a family-oriented culture
- Desire to build a long-term career and grow with an expanding regional team
