A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Core Research & Insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement research strategy and methods to enhance UX research for the game portfolioBuild and manage a high-performing research team across multiple sitesCollaborate with development studios and publishing partners to align research initiatives with organizational goalsRequired Qualifications6-8 years of hands-on experience in UX research, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleFamiliarity with the video game lifecycle and experience with AA & AAA PC & console gamesExperience conducting research on new and emerging technologiesGraduate degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology is preferredStrong analytical skills, with experience in statistical software being a plus
