Welcome to Love's: The Associate Global Sourcing Manager will support the Global Sourcing Manager with the global sourcing teams' initiatives. This includes product development, process creation and implementation, overseas supplier relations, and internal collaboration. This position will be responsible for fulfilling day to day processes as well as supporting merchandising initiatives and driving gross profit dollars by executing private label programs. Based in OKC, not a remote position.

Experience and Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred. Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Product Development preferred.

Skills and Physical Demands: Hard skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, product management or product lifecycle management software would be a plus. Soft skills: Stable work history, good oral and verbal communications skills, team player, keen attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical skills. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision Scheduling flexibility

This position will be onsite at Love's Corporate Office in Oklahoma City.
