Field Sales Representative – OKC Market

We are seeking a driven, high-energy Field Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Oklahoma City market. This is a true hunter role built for someone who thrives on activity, accountability, and winning new business.

What You'll Do

  • Execute 15–20 in-person client visits daily across the OKC market
  • Generate a minimum of 3 confirmed appointments per week
  • Identify, target, and secure new business across logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, and corporate sectors
  • Leverage existing relationships while building a strong local network
  • Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities

Performance Expectations

  • Within the first 60 days, secure at least 1 new client requiring a minimum of 10 temporary employees weekly
  • Drive a minimum of 1,000 billable hours
  • Maintain high daily activity levels and consistent market engagement
  • Contribute to overall branch and regional growth goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business in a field-based role
  • Strong knowledge of the Oklahoma City market
  • Existing connections within logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven, accountable mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000
  • Quarterly bonus structure tied to performance and billable hours
  • Mileage and expense reimbursement
