Flexible Practice Design: MondayFriday 85 schedule with remote/hybrid flexibility available; remote call permitted and academic read-outs maintained to preserve training quality. Breadth & Complexity of Clinical Work: Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiographs while participating in image-guided procedures across high-acuity environments, including Level I trauma and an NCI-Designated cancer center. Modern, Upgrading Infrastructure: Epic, a multi-year radiology capital investment plan, new scanners/workstations, and a streamlined PACS environment support efficient workflows and strong imaging quality. Teach, Lead, Influence: Daily read-outs, tumor boards, and monthly didactics with residents; opportunities for research, QI initiatives, and long-term leadership within a collegial, expanding section.
