A company is looking for a Quality Analyst - Outpatient Medical Coding (IVR/SDS) - WFH.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to quality processes and achieve client-specific metricsPrepare detailed audit reports and identify methods to meet quality targetsParticipate in performance improvement activities and assist in training new hiresRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in healthcare insurance collectionsKnowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9 & 10 codes, and the healthcare revenue cycleExperience with practice management systems like EPIC PB or AllscriptsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment with strong analytical skills
