The role is designed for an intern who will support the Backoffice/Finance team, playing a key role in ensuring the proper financial and administrative operations of the company. The selected candidate will participate in administrative processes, document validation (KYC), invoicing, and operational management, while maintaining communication with clients and suppliers.
Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
Organize and manage operational and financial tasks
Create, review, and maintain documentation
Perform document validation processes (KYC)
Issue and review invoices accurately
Manage and monitor the supplier inbox
Follow up with clients to collect required documentation
Support financial control processes and daily operations
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Basic understanding of accounting or invoicing processes
Experience or familiarity with document validation (KYC)
Familiarity with invoicing systems
Knowledge of the Kit Digital program (Plus)
