Water/Wastewater Superintendent – Oklahoma City, OK

Overview

Metric Geo are currently looking for an experienced superintendent for a field leadership role responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for water and wastewater projects. Focused on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and trades
• Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Maintain project schedule using short-term and master planning
• Track labor productivity, costs, and budget performance
• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans, specs, and regulations
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce site safety standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Act as main on-site liaison with owners and project stakeholders
• Run coordination meetings and maintain daily reporting
• Oversee inspections, testing, and project closeout

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction
• Strong background in water/wastewater construction projects
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field teams effectively
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
