Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth operations of the production schedule. In addition to managing the schedule, the Specialist will drive operational improvements through systems integration using AI and other technology tools. Communication and organization are core to interactions with both internal staff and external stakeholders and efficiently managing workflows.
