Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events) General Purpose : Optimizes the website and marketing atomization as a member of the marketing team. Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Supervision Exercised : None Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist / Content Writer to manage and optimize our CRM system while executing strategic content initiatives. This role ensures efficient lead flow, automated nurturing, and high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper lead tracking Oversee lead distribution processes to ensure timely follow-up Build and optimize automated drip campaigns Write and publish blog content aligned with SEO strategy Develop and distribute monthly newsletters Create and manage social media content Monitor and report on performance metrics Respond go Google reviews Public relations Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 2 years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Experience in homebuilding or real estate Knowledge of lead scoring and segmentation Experience with analytics tools and compiling and analyzing data Strong writing and content creation skills Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Familiarity with email marketing tools Understanding of SEO best practices Strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of basic marketing tactics and operations Knowledge of general office practices Knowledge and execution of effective layout, design and ad copy Working knowledge of a variety of design computer applications (Adobe Creative Suites - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) Ability to coordinate, plan and administer Ability to speak publicly on behalf of the organization Ability to be flexible (schedule) and ability to work under deadlines Ability to communicate with media on positive and negative stories Ability to write, good speller, and good grammar Ability to manage personnel and budgets Strong organizational and communication skills Multi-tasking skills Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with computers and other types of technology Work Environment: Office environment.
