Job Details

The purpose of the Estimator position is to estimate project costs based on information provided or collected and create estimate documentation for use by the sales team including written proposals, written statements of work, pricing summaries, and pricing analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities building management or SMART Systems, HVAC systems, video monitoring systems, and access control systems. What Youll Do Utilize skills, experience, and independent judgment toassistin theselectionof devices,components, andthedetermination of labor hoursfor thedevelopment ofestimates. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and installation quotes. Take-off andestimateprojectswhilemaintainingcompany profit marginsby evaluatingdesign alternatives for cost, profitability, and system performance.
