Job Description

A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Oklahoma City office. This role is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation who is looking to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Participate in and take depositions

Assist with court appearances and trial preparation

Manage case deadlines and workflows efficiently within a team setting

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Oklahoma Bar license (required)

4–6 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Prior experience in a law firm environment (Am Law or boutique preferred)

Preferred Experience

Exposure to oil & gas litigation (a plus, not required)

Experience handling depositions and courtroom proceedings
