Firewall Rule & Security Request Support

• Handle approximately 80 firewall rule requests per month (or all if volume is lower)
• Support:
• Global firewall rule requests
• Lubricants firewall requests
• Refinery firewall requests
• Midstream SCADA firewall requests
• Midstream Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) firewall requests
• Refining URL whitelisting for controlled internet access (may be deprecated)
• General network security engagement requests
• Cloud security group modifications in AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Tool and access management for:
• AlgoSec
• Dome9
• Prisma Cloud
