Accurately document diagnostics, repair recommendations, and completed work. Collaborate with service advisors to explain repair needs and timelines. Maintain productivity and quality in a flat-rate or performance-based environment. Adhere to shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications 3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience. Proven ability to run your own bay independently.
