This remote role supports the reporting and analysis of Global Operations and Supply Chain results, manages global standardized templates and tools, consolidates results, and drives process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities Consolidate global operations financial results (weekly, monthly, annual)Own and maintain standard reporting templates and tools for Ops Finance related to budgeting, forecasting and KPIsCollaborate with Global Ops Finance and Regional Finance teams to support standard reporting and KPIs, such as regional consolidation, plant reporting, productivity, inventory, & E&O reportingSupport Plant Controllers with data related to budgeting, forecasting, headcount reporting, and monthly and quarterly variance analysesManage the global capital expenditures process, working with functional finance business partners on budget, forecasting and statistical reportingPresent financial impacts and insights to senior leadership, translating detailed analysis into clear business recommendationsApply strong analytical/problem solving skills, strategic thinking and a command of the detailsIdentify and drive process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparencyChampion system utilization and automation across reporting processesParticipate in and help drive the use of VES and continuous improvement within the Global Ops Finance OrganizationChallenge existing processes, systems, reports, data analysis and outputs to help implement needed changes to build a best-in-class reporting environmentQualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance or AccountingAt least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with required specific experience in operations/manufacturing & cost accountingAdvanced proficiency in financial reporting systems such as Onestream and HyperionExperience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferredStrong financial analysis capabilities, able to identify variations and trends that signal potential risks and drive effective solutionsStrong ERP skills (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Experience in implementation of financial accounting systems a plusBenefits & Compensation Access to the Veralto Enterprise SystemLean business culture of continuous improvementA framework for professional developmentIn-house content for continuous learningFlexible working hoursHealth benefits401(k) with company matchCompensation range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus pay.
