Making sure attorneys are performing to standard.Job FunctionsIncludes duties that the employee must be able to perform, either unaided or with the assistance of a “reasonable accommodation.”To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone callsTo obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer systemTo recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notifying Supervisor/ManagerTo precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer systemTo properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible mannerTo zero out docket weeklyTo perform other duties as assigned by team lead/Supervisor when neededTo arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shiftTo maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Paycom systemReport to Supervisor/ManagerExperience And QualificationsHigh School Diploma (or GED) required2 years customer service experience preferredMust be able to type at least 30 WPMMust be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-keyFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communicationHighly self-motivated and results orientedAbility to perform in a high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environmentStrong phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of callsSkillsSkills and Physical Demands:Must be able to sit eight hours a dayMust be able to type at a computer for eight hours a day, inputting and updating informationMust be able to hear/speak with a customer via phoneMust be able to review, analyze, and communicate information contained on a computer screenRemoteThis location is subject to work in office at the request of the employerMonday- Friday from 8-5.
