This is a full-time position that is located at the corporate offices of Hobby Lobby in Oklahoma City. Pay Rate: $20.15 Hr. Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm Function: Previous transportation background preferred, but not required Assist company truck drivers, vendors and contractors in a timely manner Looking for a quick learner and able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Accurately assist with extensive data entry to benefit the dispatch team Manage a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner Demonstrate efficiency and productivity in all aspects of the office work environment Requirements: Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel Able to work well individually and within a team Experience Desired: Understanding Department of Transportation rules and regulation is a plus Understanding of on-board computer technology.
