We are currently looking for a Director of Sales (Director, Methane Results) in Oklahoma (USA) / Texas (USA). This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale enterprise sales initiatives in a fast-growing, high-impact environment addressing critical environmental challenges. You will drive strategic customer engagement, shape market-facing messaging, and oversee the end-to-end sales process for innovative methane reduction solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative, data-driven, and collaborative sales environment, enjoys working across multiple teams, and is motivated by the opportunity to create measurable climate impact. This position involves relationship-building with executive stakeholders in the oil and gas sector, developing and executing account strategies, and contributing to company-wide growth initiatives. Remote flexibility is offered, with occasional travel for client or industry engagements.AccountabilitiesManage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, deal negotiation, and account relationship managementPartner with marketing to design and execute targeted lead generation campaignsDevelop and convey strategic value propositions, highlighting differentiated solutions that address customer needsBuild strong relationships with executive stakeholders to influence methane program decisionsCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Field Operations, Analysis, and Reporting) to optimize resources and achieve growth and environmental impact objectivesRepresent the company at industry conferences and events, cultivating relationships that lead to business opportunitiesUtilize internal research to understand market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities, tailoring solutions for maximum impactRequirementsProven experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, preferably in the oil & gas upstream or midstream marketsStrong strategic, consultative selling skills and experience managing complex dealsSuperior listening and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work collaboratively across teamsKnowledge of methane industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges (preferred)Technical or engineering experience at the field level (preferred)Existing high-level contacts in the oil & gas sector (preferred)Location: must be based in Texas or OklahomaBenefitsCompetitive total compensation: $160,000 - $290,000 OTE (Salary + Commission), plus 401(k) and stock optionsFlexible, mostly remote work environment with occasional travel as neededHealth, dental, and vision insurance, including options for dependents, HSA, and FSAShort-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible work hours, unlimited vacation policy, and support for work-life balanceOpportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on measurable environmental impact#J-18808-Ljbffr
