In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strong relationships with our client partners. You will play a critical part in driving the success of our mental health programs by collaborating closely with various internal teams. Your strategic insights and strong communication skills will help elevate our clients' experience, making a tangible difference to the mental health landscape. This position also allows you to take on impactful projects that enhance both the Client Success team and the broader organization. With our remote-first approach, you will have flexibility in where you work while contributing to a meaningful mission.Accountabilities Build strong, consultative relationships with employer clients to become a trusted partner and advisor.Manage enrollment marketing and campaign planning to generate awareness among client populations.Prepare reporting for and lead monthly/quarterly client meetings, ensuring client satisfaction.Think strategically to troubleshoot client requests and drive decision-making.Oversee up-sell opportunities and contract renewals.Become a product expert and advocate for clients' needs.Analyze and present program engagement metrics to demonstrate value to clients.Requirements Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise account management experience.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.Proactive approach to influencing stakeholders and driving decisions.Excellent communication skills with senior leaders.Meticulous attention to detail for account ownership and success measurement.Proficient in building presentations and analyzing data.Interest in healthcare, healthtech, & mental health preferred.Curiosity, humility, and proactive attitude.Benefits Generous vacation policy.Professional development fund.Flexible working arrangements.Competitive salary packages including stock options.Collaborative and supportive team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
