This role is accountable for people leadership, including talent development, performance management, capacity planning, and workforce engagement, ensuring teams are aligned to organizational priorities and ways of working. The Manager partners with IT and business leaders to translate strategy into executable delivery plans while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
