You will identify friction across workflows, redesign brittle processes, and ship practical solutions that meaningfully improve how work gets done.This is not a strategy-only role. You will operate as a builder. You will rapidly design, prototype, and launch internal AI-driven tools. You will not “own” every system, but you will modernize, connect, and evolve them so they work better together and materially reduce operational drag.This role is about applied AI, system-level thinking, and execution at speed.What You'll Do Identify and Eliminate Operational Friction: Identify manual, repetitive, or brittle workflows across the organizationRedesign processes using AI, automation, and system-level improvementsReduce low-leverage work to create space for higher-value thinkingImprove interoperability, reliability, and observability across internal systemsBuild and Ship Internal AI Applications: Rapidly design, prototype, and launch AI-driven internal applicationsTurn rough ideas into working solutions that can be tested and validated quicklyUse lightweight, iterative development approaches to accelerate time-to-valueContinuously refine and improve tools based on real-world usage and feedbackDrive Practical AI Adoption: Push the organization toward applied, usable AI — not experimentation for its own sakeEvaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for pragmatic internal use casesHelp teams rethink how work gets done in an AI-enabled operating modelEnsure AI implementations drive measurable efficiency, speed, or quality improvementsPartner Across the Business: Work directly with business leaders to understand operational pain pointsTranslate ambiguous needs into structured product and technical solutionsOperate comfortably across Product, Engineering, and business functionsAlign solutions with company-wide goals and measurable outcomesWhat We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related technical builder roleExperience building or implementing AI-powered applications, automation workflows, or internal systemsDemonstrated experience operating at the intersection of business and engineeringTrack record of rapidly prototyping and launching practical solutions that improve operational efficiencyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)Strong technical foundation in AI, internal systems, automation, and modern toolingAbility to design, prototype, and ship working AI-driven solutions independentlySystems thinker who understands both technical architecture and human workflow designComfortable navigating and improving existing tools without rigid definitions or guardrailsBuilder mindset — prototypes quickly, iterates frequently, and ships practical solutionsOperates effectively in ambiguity and proactively identifies inefficiencies others overlookAction-oriented with a strong bias toward execution and measurable outcomesAbility to translate ambiguous business needs into structured product and technical solutionsComfortable working across Product, Engineering, and business functionsStrong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated curiosity and fluency in emerging AI tools and capabilitiesCompensation Package The salary range is $162,435 - $191,100.
