Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT / Security Operations Technician to support real-time monitoring of critical systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in IT, cybersecurity, or network operations while working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.You will serve as a first point of contact for system alerts and incidents, helping ensure reliability, security, and rapid response to operational events.Pay: 25.00Location - On-Site Downtown Oklahoma CityKey Responsibilities* Monitor systems, networks, and security platforms for alerts and potential issues* Respond to incidents by troubleshooting and escalating as needed* Analyze alerts and determine appropriate actions to resolve or mitigate issues* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support resolution* Track and document incidents using ticketing systems* Monitor alarms including video surveillance, intrusion detection, and access control systems* Support investigations and maintain accurate logs and reports* Assist with system maintenance, updates, and routine operational tasks* Provide professional and timely communication during incidentsQualifications* Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldOR equivalent experience/certifications* 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical operations preferred* Familiarity with:* Windows environments* Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)* Monitoring or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPreferred* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+* Experience with monitoring tools or event management systems* Exposure to cybersecurity or infrastructure environmentsWork Environment* Fully onsite position* Fast-paced operations environment requiring quick decision-making* May require non-standard schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)* Extended periods working at a computerWhy This Role* Great entry point into IT, cybersecurity, or network operations* Hands-on experience with real-time systems and incident response* Opportunity to grow into more advanced technical roles#ZR
