Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRed River Roofing, Siding & Windows is looking for experienced Repair & Maintenance Foreman to lead our repair crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who excels at running jobs efficiently, mentoring technicians, and delivering high-quality repairs.Key Responsibilities* Lead and supervise a crew of repair technicians on daily jobs* Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work* Perform and oversee roof, siding, window, and gutter repairs* Ensure all work meets Red River's quality and safety standards* Communicate directly with customers and provide excellent service* Complete job documentation, photos, and reports accurately* Train and develop technicians on best practices* Enforce safety protocols on every job siteWhat We're Looking For* 3+ years of experience in roofing/siding/window repairs* Previous leadership or foreman experience (strongly preferred)* Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial repairs* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills* Ability to lead a team and get the job done right the first time* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Oklahoma roofing license is a plusWhat We Offer* Higher hourly pay + foreman bonus structure* Company vehicle (for qualified candidates)* Health benefits and paid time off* Tool allowance and uniform program* Stable, year-round work with a growing company* Room to grow within the companyCompany DescriptionBuild your career in a stable industry that's not impacted by market conditions outside your control.
