Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Architectural/Mechanical Design Technician to join our team in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. This on-site role involves utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) platforms to create, modify, and refine technical drawings and blueprints. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with teams to develop mechanical and architectural design solutions, conducting reviews for accuracy and quality control. Day-to-day responsibilities require review of customer provided architectural drawings, conceptualization, mechanical problem-solving, and within and outside of the organization.Qualifications· Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and mechanical drafting software· Ability to conceptualize designs and develop effective solutions· Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and hands-on experience in design· Experience in performing drawing review and checking for errors· Familiarity with exterior building systems and their functional design is a plus· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively· Work experience in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field preferred· Previous experience in precast concrete or architectural design is advantageousCompany DescriptionDeVinci Precast has been producing Architectural Precast Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and Cast Stone products for almost three decades.
