Develops and implements integrated Human Resources strategies to support achievement of operating goals and objectives. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partners with business unit leaders to develop and deliver strategic Human Resource solutions to achieve business unit goals. Partners with business unit leaders to align Human Resources practices with business strategy and identify potential barriers to goal attainment. Provides counsel and support to leaders and/or employees in the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures. May provide resolution of employee relations and performance issues.
