Overview:Pay: $12/Hour + Tips!As a Bartender at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor OKC, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving refreshing beverages in a fast-paced, high energy water park environment. You'll create memorable moments for Guests by providing friendly, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance.Responsibilities:* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Six Flags standards* Provide outstanding Guest service by engaging with Guests in a friendly, professional manner* Verify Guest identification and ensure responsible service at all times* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area(s), including stocking and sanitation* Accurately handle all credit card transactions and POS System operations* Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements* Monitor Guest behavior and escalate concerns when necessary* Support other Associates and assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.Qualifications:* Must be at least 21 years of age* Previous bartending or Food & Beverage experience preferred (but not required)* Strong communication and Guest service skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment* Must be reliable, team-oriented and maintain a positive attitude* Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions* Must complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification* Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Beverage Employee License from the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
