Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations; Monitor entry points, verify credentials when required, and help support authorized access for tenants, contractors, and visitors in accordance with property rules; Support security-related operations by preparing detailed reports, communicating with local responders when appropriate, and following post orders for armed assignments
