Golden Corral - - Responsibilities: Prepares prep items according to product specifications and recipes.; Maintains a standard inventory of prep items and updates guides as directed by management.; Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.; Ensures all food items are stored properly in approved containers and follows buffet production system for quality and shelf life.; Performs guest service tasks and helps guests during meal periods.
