Coury Hospitality - 542 South University Boulevard - Responsibilities: Prepare various foods at assigned kitchen station for breakfast, lunch, or dinner according to recipes and standards; Assist in supervision and training of kitchen staff and line setup/prep; Ensure food quality, proper portioning, and timely presentation and serving; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment; Assist with banquets and special events as needed
