IAM Business Analyst with Security Clearance

We're proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW. Our team is seeking a highly skilled IAM Business Analyst that will sit out of Oklahoma City, OK for a federal civilian client. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), specifically with SailPoint IIQ's Compliance Manager module and experience in Role Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead interviews with application owners to document access models (groups, roles, permissions) and define how data should be aggregated into SailPoint
• Analyze existing access patterns to design clean, "least-privileged" Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models that reduce the agency's security risk
• Design and launch quarterly or annual "Access Reviews”. Responsible for training federal managers on how to use SailPoint to approve or revoke access
• Create and schedule automated reports for auditors that prove Separation of Duties (SoD) enforcement and timely termination of offboarded users Qualifications: The IIQ Developer must at a minimum have a Bachelor's in Business Administration, IT Management, or Finance, and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), specifically with SailPoint IIQ's Compliance Manager module and experience in Role Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or SQL to analyze large datasets of user entitlements
• Ability to draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end-users and detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for developers
• Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework or FISMA reporting requirements
