Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, while following policies, procedures, and safety regulations./ppResponsibilities (80s of the Position)/pulliReceives, stocks, and disburses parts or materials, loads, and unloads trucks disburses parts, materials and supplies to other team members as required/liliUnpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices/liliMaintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items/liliExamines stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines/liliPrepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped/liliPosts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment/liliOther responsibilities as assigned/liliDemonstrates all safety policies and procedures/li/ulpRequired Experience/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliForklift certificate required or education in-progress/liliLifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing stooping, stretching, and carrying are required to perform the functions of this position./liliExcellent organizational skills, material stocking, identification, and record keeping./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and able to accommodate change to scope, timeline, or focus without sacrificing execution./liliMust have the ability to work on multiple projects within the same day/liliMust have the ability to follow directions, work independently and with minimal supervision/liliMust have experience with detail-oriented work/liliAbility to work in an open aired non-temperature-controlled environment/liliWillingness to work overtime, a flexible schedule and extended hours when needed to meet critical deadlines whilst demonstrating effective time management./li/ulpstrongPreferred Experience/strong/pulli2 Years experience shipping with UPS/Worldship/Shipstation/FedEx/FedEx Ship Manager/liliPrevious experience as a material handler/liliAutomotive and/or battery industry experience./liliWarehouse, receiving, or shipping software experience./li/ulpstrongAdditional Requirements/strong/pulliAvailable for all shifts and extended hours.
