If you are caring, dedicated, and ready to grow your career, we would love to hear from you!As a social worker at CCBC, you will receive unparalleled support and growth opportunities.Description of PositionWe are currently seeking a Supportive Housing Case Manager to enhance our current services with those who were unsheltered in our community. This program provides intensive case management to those who have struggled with a variety of disabling conditions including mental health and substance use. This rewarding work allows the opportunity to work one on one with those in our community to help them see their full potential and how to meet that goal while being safely housed.
