Job Details Job Location: Newcastle - Newcastle, OK 73065Staff AccountantLocation: Newcastle, OKCompany: XCEL NDT LLCReports To: Corporate ControllerPosition Summary XCEL NDT is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role will have a strong focus on accounts payable functions and general accounting duties such as daily banking reconciliations, month-end account reconciliations and month-end closing compliance. The position works closely with the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate accounting records and support overall business operations.Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, payment processing and reconciliation of vendor statementsPost daily deposits and application of cash to customer accountsPerform monthly bank reconciliationsAssist with accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance and reconciliationAssist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsAssist with internal process documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsSupport audits and provide documentation as neededAssist with expense report review and approvalAssist with process improvements and other accounting projectsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred1-2 years of accounting, AR/AP, or related experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityWork Environment Office-based position in Newcastle, OK with hybrid option for the right individualStandard business hours, with potential overtime during peak periods#J-18808-Ljbffr
