Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Oklahoma City, OKIndustry: Athletics/Sports & RecreationResponsibilities* Lead field operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents* Supervise field personnel, assistant superintendents, area superintendents, and trade contractors* Manage project quality control and coordinate inspections and testing* Monitor labor, material usage, productivity, and project costs* Develop, maintain, and drive CPM schedules and look ahead schedules* Implement and manage project safety, QA/QC, HazCom, and SWPPP programs* Review and approve trade contractor pay applications and material invoices* Assist with preconstruction planning, estimating, and project startup* Coordinate permits, inspections, site mobilization, and temporary utilities* Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document revisions* Maintain daily reports and project documentation* Identify scope changes and coordinate resolution with project managementQualifications* Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent field experience* Minimum 15 years of construction experience* Experience leading large, complex construction projects, preferably arenas or stadiums* Experience managing multiple assistant superintendents and field teams* Strong knowledge of construction means and methods* Strong understanding of MEP systems* Experience with QA/QC programs* Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules* Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings* Experience managing RFIs, change management, and scope control*All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type.#ZR
