Indotronix is seeking an :Systems Engineer Level 3 Location:Oklahoma City, OK Shift: First, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Any OT / DOT expected ? : Over Time as required Domestic travel required?: Possible yes Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Active Secret Clearance is required to start Job Description Support the development, integration, verification, and certification of aerospace systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architectures, manage requirements, perform system analysis, and ensure successful delivery of system engineering products throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Develop, decompose, allocate, and manage system requirements. * Perform system architecture, logical decomposition, and functional analysis. * Support system verification, validation, and certification activities. * Participate in FAA and Military certification efforts. * Support risk, issue, opportunity, and technical performance management. * Develop system engineering artifacts including requirements, specifications, architecture models, and technical reports. * Lead and support technical reviews, working groups, and customer meetings. * Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams. * Support systems integration, testing, and design review activities. * Utilize MBSE and requirements management tools including CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, TeamCenter, and 3DX. * Mentor team members and ensure quality of engineering deliverables. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related technical field. * 2+ years of systems engineering experience. * Experience with System Architecture and Modeling tools (CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody). * Experience with Requirements Management tools (IBM DOORS). * Experience in requirements verification and validation. Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of related systems engineering experience. * Experience with ICD development, requirements development, and logical architecture. * Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity management. * Experience leading SRR, PDR, and CDR reviews. * Experience with systems integration, lab testing, ground testing, and flight testing. * Experience supporting FAA, EASA, or Military certification programs. * Knowledge of avionics, mission systems, networking, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and aircraft systems. * INCOSE Certification preferred. Education Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
