Senior BOH Trainer

As a Senior BOH Trainer, you will provide an essential leadership presence in the restaurant, upholding the highest standards of the "Winning Hearts Every Day" Strategy. Your responsibilities include encouraging and providing constructive feedback to team members,assisting the training team in necessary meetings, and helping the leadership team complete the Daily Safety (Safe Daily), eRQA, and Self-Selection Evaluation (Self Select) assessments. Success in this role requires maturity, attention to detail, a willingness to be trained, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Must have served in a Team Trainer role for at least three months to be considered.
  • Must meet all Team Member availability requirements.
  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Must have knowledge in all Back-of-House (BOH) positions.
  • Must complete all required Pathway training plans and stay current with recurring training.
  • Must have a good reputation for attendance and performance within the organization.
  • Must represent an exceptional example as a Chick-fil-A ambassador.
  • Must have a history of high-level training, providing consistent and well-thought feedback. To the training Director.
  • Must consistently exemplify the core values of the Rockwell team.
  • Must consistently show constant attention to BOH service speed and order accuracy, ensuring all team members work with a sense of urgency and follow Pathway procedures in each position.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to train and provide constructive feedback to team members, using the "Pathway" method.
  • Help address Team Members who do not comply with uniform or appearance guidelines.
  • Assist the training team by facilitating scheduled meetings for new Team Members within the first 90 days and for Team Members assuming the Trainer role.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings for Back of House (BOH) Team Members.
  • Ensure timely completion of Daily Safety (Safe Daily), eRQA, and Self-Selection Evaluation (Self Select) assessments as scheduled.
  • Provide the Training Director with ongoing evaluation of training systems and suggestions for improvement.
