Duties

You will serve as a liaison between their area of responsibility and the Information Technology and Cyber Security Office to advocate for improvements and resolutions to technical software support issues.

You will review, revise, and submit proposed changes on all Digital Technology and IT procurement policy and procedure documents within their area of responsibility.

You will prepare proposals for change, which consist of objectives, scope, planning, and expectations.

You will solve problems and make decisions regarding implementation of effective programs by analyzing and diagnosing a wide range of program methods and procedures.

You will maintain operations procedural documentation for local applications, updating data as changes are received.

You will provide support for electronic records management, digital technology related services/contracts, prepare reports as required by department managers, provides administrative reviews and audits as required.
