The driver ensures safe and timely transportation of tools, equipment, and materials while adhering to Wildcat's vehicle policy and DOT regulations. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, load security, documentation, and communication with dispatch. This role upholds QHSE standards, supports operational needs, and maintains a clean and organized work environment. Duties and responsibilities include ensuring a safe work environment, safely transporting tools, equipment, and materials between yards, job sites, and customer locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the company-provided vehicle, adhering to Wildcat's vehicle policy and all DOT regulations, securing loads properly to prevent shifting during transport, completing and submitting daily trip logs, mileage reports, and fuel receipts, reporting any vehicle issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately to management, maintaining clear and professional communication with dispatch, yard personnel, and customers, updating dispatch on job progress, delays, or any issues encountered during transport, wearing Wildcat provided PP&E, assisting with loading and unloading equipment as needed, following proper lifting techniques and using equipment such as forklifts when required, and performing other duties and responsibilities directed by supervisor. Education and training include a high school diploma preferred, CDL license, and trade/technical school diploma will be considered.
