Position Introduction:

These student staff members work in the Housing Office and are responsible for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering student questions about housing and related services, giving tours, and addressing customer concerns, answering and routing phone calls, operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing systems and records, maintaining work calendars, and other duties as assigned.

This position's hours are typically Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm. Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.

Required Documents:

• Must attach Spring 2027 ONE class schedule.

Skills:

• Must have basic math skills and ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office

Working Conditions:

• Frequent and repetitive arm and wrist movement.
• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 25 lbs., depending on job assignment.
• Work at a desk in an office environment and use a computer and telephone
